Peyton Care is one of Toledo's best at home health care and skilled nursing providers, bringing high quality medical care and clinical services right to your door. We have worked with patients throughout the Toledo and Northwest Ohio area who are suffering from from trauma, surgery, degenerative diseases, chronic illnesses, limited mobility and other healthcare concerns. Our physician and nursing team has helped patients throughout Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan, and as far east as Sandusky, to help make sure your family member is getting the medical attention they need on a regular basis. Our provider team has decades of clinical experience, particularly with high risk populations like geriatrics and the disabled, who need specialized care and treatment. We understand the needs of these patients, and will not only go out of our way to provide exceptional at home healthcare, but can also help coordinate care with other medical specialists, extended stay facilities, and assisted living and nursing homes. Our offices are open from 8 to 5 during the week, and by appointment on the weekends.
